Brought my car in for a service at this dealership for the first time. Service is excellent and polite, and completed about an hour ahead of time.

Free pick up and drop off service is useful and they do go out of their way to do so. However, the service department loses points on an old, cramped and dirty customer waiting room located in the corner of the workshop, with a tiny box TV for entertainment (!). I would have thought the dealership could invest some money in customer facilities and bring it up to modern standards!

I will return in future, but I hope they will upgrade the customer facilities.

I am a repeat customer of AGY Electrix, and recently had a second split-system air conditioner installed by Victor and his team. I was very happy with their prompt, courteous service, and their workmanship has always been first rate. Having previously used their services for various things (re-do switchboard, switch repairs, previous air-con installation), I will continue to use them for our electrical needs. Highly recommended!

We are a repeat customer of AGY Elextrix, having previously had a switchboard replacement performed. This time, Victor arranged to install a reverse-cycle air conditioner. On the pre-booked date, he turned up on time with his colleague and the plumber, and installed the unit with no fuss and no mess.

As with his previous work, it was all done professionally, on time and with courtesy from Victor and his two colleagues. When there are so many dodgy folks around, we are very happy to support good tradespeople like AGY Electrix. I urge you to consider him for your electrical work as well!

Based on the reviews on WOMOW, I thought I would try Louie's Kitchen after tiring of lacklustre takeways from other Chinese places.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the people who run this family business, and the meals ordered were -- as promised -- not overly salty or laden with MSG and other rubbish. Solid, honest, flavoursome food that hit the spot (we ordered a mixture of entrees like wontons and spring rolls with combination chow mein and a stir-fried Szechuan Chicken). The meat was lean and tender, and had none of the nasty 'Chinese takeaway' smell and taste from lesser establishments. The only problem was that the servings were so generous that we probably ordered a bit too much, but the value for money was there.

We will be returning again.

Victor initially came out to fix a problem with a light switch, and he arrived promptly the same afternoon that we called and fixed it.

We also arranged to have safety switches installed which also involved replacement of our existing switchboard. He called the evening before to confirm the time, and kept us informed throughout the job. Once again, the work was done without fuss and with courtesy and care.

Victor has been very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended!
