I used their solicitor service while buying off the plan apartment. Was recommended by the developer.

1/ The price was mentioned without GST, which was discovered after I received the invoice.
2/ I was penalised by the bank for the delay. The final set of the documents was not sent on time but the blame was shifted to the bank: we're waiting for the bank. They just send it in the morning of the day when it should've been there already which enabled them to say that they've done the job.3/ This is a result orient service. Like a machine. Do not expect a customer-tailored approach. The job was done but it was not a smooth and enjoyable ride.

There are cheaper and better solicitor services.
