Lincraft at Belrose has a great range of products for scrapbooking, manchester, craft and materials etc. Staff are most helpful. The shop is located near the underground carpark

Fly Buys are great free rewards for your everyday purchases at Coles and their stores (eg Coles Supermarket, Kmart, Target, Office Works). There is no charge to join and you can redeem amounts from $20.00 (or build up and redeem for gifts/services) after you have sufficient points. If you shop at these places anyway why not get the free rewards?

Kmart put out a brochure but our local/nearest Kmart store did not have it. We contacted Kmart Chatswood and they held it for us and we collected it late at night. While there we looked for a particular DVD. The staff member was exceptionally helpful and found the DVD for us to buy.

Myer is a great department store and at Westfield Hornsby the competion with David Jones, Kmart, Target and speciality stores helps keep the competition. Good to look for gifts but best to go when they have sales or specials

Target Hornsby is another discount store at Westfield Hornsby. The store in Hornsby do not seem as big as Kmart Hornsby (and shorter trading hours) but do have some good specials and if you can't find it at Kmart or Myer its worth a look here

Aldi is a no frills supermarket where the mainstream brands are not usually available but there are great generic products at a great saving. You need to remember to bring your own bags or buy them (if you need to carry out your purchases). You also need a coin to use the trolleys.

Woolworths Hornsby is another supermarket at Westfield Hornsby. I find when there are two or more supermarkets (there is Coles, Aldi and butchers, etc) in a centre that they are more competitive

JB Hi Fi at Hornsby is a great store. There are always DVDs on special and it is hard to go in and not find something to buy. They also stock TVs, electronics and games. I have found the staff very helpful

Coles Hornsby is a good sized supermarket and has the new scanners for shoppers which means you can scan in your own items and see them as they come up (at your own pace) - which is really good as you can check the price and avoid being overcharged.

Kmart has good everyday products and great specials. Kmart Hornsby is a large store and best of all it is open 24 hours making it very convenient for people who are busy or shift workers
