Our order never arrived . Complaint lodged and legal actions are going to be started .
HAP is not operating itself in the manner in which a business should in this country and is breaking consumer law on many of its deliveries.

if you run the business - you might want to look at consumer law in this country and actually upholding your obligations as a business and not just keep peoples money after not fulfilling orders, I'd have given you a chance, but I'm looking at these reviews and all I can say is ohmbudsman, and possibly class action.

Dr is very nice but the receptionist is horribly rude and misleading . Why she would’ve asked me to provide private medical insurance details and then after visit she said they can not use it !!! I called my insurance company and they cover , after I called back Dr Shellabear reception but no explanation and the reseptionalist was so rude and abruptive ! Dr is very pleasant though but the woman on reception must be changed really ..I don’t like the fact I was mislead by receptionist.
