Worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. If you would like to do business with a company that has a minimum of interest in customer satisfaction - stay away!
I hired Apex to help with my move from Melbourne to regional Victoria. They estimated 8 hours of work and said that if more hours were required additional charges would apply, which is totally ok.
On the day of the move, before dropping my furniture at the destination, I received a call saying that their new estimate was 10 hours and that I would have to make a transfer of the remaining balance and send a receipt before they could drop my furniture. I asked and got confirmation over the phone that if they finished the job in less than 10 hours I would get a refund.
In the end the job took 7 hours and 45 minutes and I've been calling and emailing for over 20 days asking for my refund and hearing the same response: "our compliance team is looking into it and will get back to you in the next couple of days".
Additionally, I won't go into detail, I had a bad experience with one of the removalists (the other two were very professional) and sent a complaint about items that were damaged and never got a response.

In summary: I was overcharged, wasted time for 20+ days following up to simply get my money back for the non-used hours and still couldn't get a solution.
