I'm very fussy with my coffee (having lived in Melbourne!!) but this is my local as the coffee is great (it's better than Calibrate & Beans on Hill, owners friendly & ambience is always great (they often play relaxing jazz music).

It may not look that great from outside but coffee is good, food is great price for quality (usually get a sandwich if it's lunch) & they have a lot of local regulars.
