Awesome services from the administration to the guys doing the furniture removal. Professional, courteous and on time. Would recommend to anyone requiring an interstate move.
Booked and paid deposit. Organised dates via email in writing only to be told upon calling to confirm that we didn't actually make a booking and then they wanted to try and deliver our furniture on 30th February instead because they couldn't honour original booking, which date doesn't exist. Would not refund our deposit because we apparently "changed our minds" by being forced to get another removalist at short notice. They also sent us emails which were copied and pasted with the same information from the day before. We did get an apology, but no refund! Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere
