another cafe ive been to recently in marrickville is road cafe,had a long black it was nice not bitter had some toast with it,sat outside and watched all the different people passing by great menu meals served gourmet style and have great burgers big

ive been going here for years and years,great place to meet the menu is great so much to choose from have medditerian food service is quick and friendly meals aare big i had a meze plate was so tasty the downfall too many old men sit outside for hrs with one cup of coffee

great place to stopp over after you get off the train station in marrickville stopped over with friends forv a coffee and bumped into more people we knew we had vienna coffeess which was nice black coffee with whipped cream,great service a family business and great menu and if u smoke there is an outside area

still a very busy place went on thursday for lunch had french toast with bacon and maple syrup it was delicious and a giant serve which can feed 2 people and an viena coffee was so nice great service as usual and an extremely busy place alot of greek dishes

another meetting place michelles patissere in earlwood a good stop over after u shop in coles and a meeting place for everyone they have new owners and still some old staff great variety of small caakes and big cakes and cheap special cake of the day with coffee and have hot pies and pastries

i go hear nearly 5 days a week to meet up for coffee and breakfast after i drop my son to school its bubbly and busy for breakfast i have the eggs with potatoes served with pita bread its yum,coffee great with excellent service and also i go for afternoon tea for coffee and cake now for $6.90

went to adores on tuesday to meet up with few girlfriends,it was a cold day lucky there was a small table inside as there are 4 very small tables very squashy especially when also people come in to buy or order if its a beaautiful day outside haas great seating chocolates galore made on the premises a bit pricey but well worth it its a great place for chocolate lovers

3 weeks ago i stayed in a hotel for 4nights,i went to haymarket hotel as i was recommended by my hotel,i stopped for lunch it had great meals at great prices especially in town u cant find meals under $10,in had the steak with fries i asked for it well done which they did it was tasty,theres upstairs and downstairs staff friendly drinks cheap at lunch time i went again while i stayed in haymarket

bill and tonis pub life a very busy place at times.i had a burger meal the meat wasnt cooked the way i asked well down it still had red centre which i hate but the fries where crispy,it has a pub menu which is good compared to its last menu of thai food,i dont know if il go back as i was turned off by the meat not cooked properly

the observer hotel is a very well known hotel in town,meet a girlfriend there for a drink and nibbles,they also had a live band a little loud especially if u wwant to hve a conversation with yr guest,drinks reasonable prices will go there again but when there is no live band
