Customer service was just ok. They made me feel that I was stupid because I was not into music myself. I was there to buy my daughter a certain violin, which they did not have in stock. He did end up selling me a second hand one. While it was nicer than the one I was going to buy, he was upselling it a lot. (When I got home and checked online the second hand violin was not as fantastic a brand as he was going on with.)
I found the prices ok, nothing too fantastic, the meat was ok too. If I lived closer I may go there more but I have found a butcher closer that has prices that are on comparison to that of the meat market.
Pretty good place to find bargain grocery items. Some are out of date or nearing out of date. It is worth the drive every few months but would not bother to do it as a weekly/fortnightly shop.
Good rental real estate. Willing to help you find the property that suits your needs. Reasonable with house inspections and end of contract and leaving the house - will not take you for everything (like bond).
Do not go near them. We rented through them for over 8 years. Took a great deal to get them to fix things, and in the end they tried to rort us out of thousands when we left so the owner could do the house up. This was shocking as we left the house cleaner than when we shifted in. Oh and the Owner did go on a spending spree putting security grills, making over the house in total and trying to do this out our expense. Mind you I have now heard of others that they have done this too as well. The tend to think because you have rented a house in a low socio-economic area that they can try anything on.
Great customer service. I had them order in a product for me and they had it in the next day. They have a lot of pet products for sale. While I was there they had quite a few people come in with their animals so they are quite buisy and the vet would come out and personally speak to every person about their pets needs ect.

They have a 25m pool, indoor hydrotherapy/heated pool and a kiddies Play pool with fun things like one of those mushrooms. I haven't been in the 25m pool only the hydrotherapy pool but it always has been nice and warm. Customer service is great, never had any issues, lots of friendly people.
Had a wonderful experience, great customer service. It is nice to have people who look like they really want to work there and love their job. No issues with helping me at all. Products are great and have had no issues so far

Overall it was a good stay, Lucky I got a deal through Wotif.com as it didn't seem to live up to expectations. The decor felt old and out of date, with paint peeling ect. The view was nice of the river behind though. They did seem to have a few pool areas but I did not have time to look around. I have stayed at better places for cheaper prices.

Great location just across from the river and park. Great decor, very fresh and new look and very clean. Free wifi, and they have foxtel which is always a plus as well. Never had any issues during my stay.
