I and a friend rent through this agent and almost always the property manager is unavailable with reception having NO idea where they are OR when they'll be available. Requests for non-essential issues often take 2-3 weeks to even hear about!

I started to shop there once a fortnight mainly for my pet's food (which they love)! I have gradually started buying a much greater range of items such as biscuits, toilet paper, pasta and pasta sauces, soap, coffee and more!

On wanting to use EFTPOS for $5.00 (from savings acct) with rest in cash to make up the $29.50 for (Take Away) Honey prawns and small fried rice was informed that minimum EFTPOS was $20 (no sign to inform of this)!

On return home found that prawns were battered - not mentioned on menu - if I'd wanted battered seafood I'd have gone to my local fish and chip shop!
