"I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone and that is if you get through to them. They do not care about customer service and presume that u are wrong and they are right. Not good at all.

love the beds!! well at least my dog does. The friendly service and ease of ordering my own colours is great. They also have walking products now which are really fashionable
