We recently purchased an Apple iMac from Next Byte in Rocky. Customer service was EXCELLENT. They were great to deal with.

This was one of my favourite places in Margaret River. Loved it. Although I did find some products seemed a little over-priced.
We loved this restaurant so much that we went there the both nights we stayed in Barcy. It's an open area restaurant with great food at great prices. Also very friendly staff. We ordered dessert for the kids and was surprised to find that the kids desserts were free. Not often you come across anything that's free these days. Everyone that goes to Barcy must go there. :)
This was the first caravan park we have stayed at (we have just purchased a camper van) and absolutely loved the experience. We were greeted by a very friendly owner who helped us sort out our site. He was great to have a chat to and our kids loved him. He brought them down a scooter to play with. The amenities were very clean and the park well maintained. Will definitely stay there again. :)
I've shopped at this Big W on two occasions and was not happy with either. The first time I was shopping for a booster seat. Found the perfect one and asked if they had any in boxes. She looked on the computer and said there was a few out the back. She sent another lady to get it and after a few minutes she rang and said she couldn't find any.
Today was the second time I shopped there and again was disappointed. I was lining up to get served. I walked to a register where a lady was standing there leaning on the register having a good chat to someone a few registers away who was serving at the time. As I got to her and put my stuff up she said 'I'm not open, go and line up'. Very rude.
I love Facebook. Not only have I used this to get in touch with old school friends, I also started up a business, starting on Facebook. It's a great free service for small businesses starting out. Plus some great free games. Love it!
I love Subway but was very disappointed with my experience at the Bilo Subway. Firstly, we were left waiting to order while two people stood out the back talking. We were then served but a teenage boy who obviously didn't want to be there (early Saturday morning). He was also full of the flu. He sniffed and coughed and wiped his nose on his shirt, all while serving us. Then the other person came out and just started talking to him about her weekend plans. Unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to say anything and continued on with the order. This was the first time I was ever put off my Subway. Very disgusted.
I LOVE City Chic's Mackay store. Then staff are super friendly and always happy to help. They have held dresses for me even while I went to other stores to have a look! I found a dress that I loved but they didn't have it in my size. The saleslady was more than happy to ring around and see where she could get one from. I love shopping here. :)
I had only just discovered the awesome Body Shop products through a friend. I went into the store in Rocky and was met by a lovely staff member who asked me what I was after, what my families skin was like, etc. then proceeded to try a few different products on me. It was so good to have someone show me the products and actually show me how they're used and how good it makes your skin feel, instead of the stores where you can just smell/test a small bit. Will definitely go back there again.
