I am from out of town, and was chasing a difficult to find dvd. Absolutely no luck in 2-3 hours online. I rang Dixons and was delighted to find they had one copy in stock and could post it out to me. Quoted me postage - and I paid for it all over the phone. Fantastic!
Well, my dvd turns up (couple of days) - and inside is taped a $2 coin! They had over quoted the postage! I am blown away not just with the service, but the honesty and integrity they have shown. I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could!
