We had a carpet emergency and Morgan's Group was the only business who advertised as a 24/7 emergency callout company that answered their phone (very) early on a Sunday morning. The guys who did the carpet were great - prompt, professional, knowledgeable and even arrived early on a couple of occasions. My reason for giving this company 4 stars instead of 5 was because we had to chase them (the administration) to make payment for the work done. We were also told that we would be provided with quotes for the second round of work we needed to have done, however after a week of receiving nothing we went ahead and booked the work in anyway because we were impressed with the quality of the guys who did the first round of work. This lack of communication would not have bothered me if it had not been emphasised by the guys doing the work numerous times that the administration would contacting us to provide this information.
