Very friendly and efficient. I accidentally typed in my contact number incorrectly as I was in a hurry when ordering, the lovely staff tried to contact me several times and once realising my error and leaving an in-complete voice message (myself) I still had a return phone call to follow up on incomplete details that I had submitted on-line. They were very accommodating and I had a lovely chat at the same time. my products arrived very promptly :) much sooner than I expected which was lovely. My kids look so cute drinking out of their lovely cups, Thank You.
