I got pizza's delievered and I ordered a cheese pizza which when it arrived it had onion on it, which I am highly allergic to. I rang the store and they told me that their policy is that they cannot replace or refund for the pizza, and basically too bad if I'm allergic. Worst experience at any food store I have ever had, I suggest that no-one ever go to this company again as they have no sense of customer service and do not care about whether or not they are killing people or making them sick.

The customer service is exceptional in this store, they are always nice to the kids, even bringing out the puppies so the kids can pat them. The kids love it and it allows the parents to shop for their pet needs with peace of mind.
The customer service is very good, they are great with children here. The coffee and hot chocolate are delicious and the baby cino is a favourite of my nephew. Its great for the whole family.
the service is good, but nothing more than expected, the kids love this store. They have good products which of course are very specialised. It is particulary good to find dvd's of live theatre shows or kids shows.
This store is pretty much as expected. The service is good, and generally the products are what you would expect from a discount store of this type, but occassionally you can find a real bargain so it is always worth checking out.
The customer service is polite, the quality of the goods is poor, but the prices are low. Good if you are looking for products which you don't expect to keep for a long time. best things are things to buy for the kids which you can happily throw away once they are used.

I have bought a number of dvds from this store, they have great customer service and the prices are fantastic. I love going to this store everytime I am in hurstville.
I had a hair cut and foils done, I wasn't sure what I wanted just for it to be shorter and to look better, and asked Eddie to style it so it looked good. I had expected that it would turn out ok, and I was extremely surprised to find that it was the best hair cut I have ever had. Eddie styled it to suit my personality and look, and he didn't make it outlandish at all. I have had nothing but complimets on my hair style.
We went for lunch while on holidays and the meals were fresh, hot and delicious. They service was fast and efficient and it had a great ambiance. We had a great time there, it was affordable and friendly. It was a great experience for all.

An online shop which has great products at bargain prices. I found a great movie for me and my mum which we have been looking everywhere for and have not found, and at a bargain price too
