One of a few 'Fully bulk-billing' medical centres on the Northern Beaches. The GPs at Vale are some of the best in the trade, the front desk ladies are very warm and friendly at it is always a pleasure paying them a visit when I'm under the weather.
Dr Peter Cotton and Dr Evan Gordon are two great community doctors who serve above expectations for the better health and well being of every individual they see on a day to day basis.
Cannot recommenced Vale, enough.

Not a bad place to work out. Can get crowded a bit when there are heaps of people. The gym has a real, homely, warm and cosy feel. Heaps of TV screens to look at when you take your rests between sets. Only a year and two months old, quite a new gym, located inside the Macquarie building on Shelley Street.

Excellent dining experiences over the past few years here. I would say it is in my top three, which is always changing. But Stella Blu is always in this top 3 of mine. Great friendly staff who deliver excellent food. Well what can I say.
OMG the Sandbar is the place to be on Friday Nights!!! Great music, great vibe, real good atmosphere when you make your way around. Always excellent staff with excellent service.
Service is excellent. I bought two boards from this great place while on my way back down to Sydney from Pac Palms one Summer. These Guys really know how to sell and how to treat their clients. Very professional and approachable. Laid back feel but very professional.
Great cafe, I can say. Excellent prices, Great cakes and cookies. Their coffees definitely make me come back for more. After a good early morning jog I can be assured that there is a place for myself to enjoy.

Their food is exceptional, the guy behind the scenes is a MASTERCHEF in his own right!!! Their service is always quality and nothing less, I can recommend these guys to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful service and really nice people and quality service. A tad pricey but it will be worth every cent!!! They do great pastas. I would definitely recommend you to come here on any given day. Highly recommend, and I would come back for seconds.
