What can I say.....have been using Inprintations for probably 10 years and would not go anywhere else.
Always ready to give free advice and will bend over backwards to help.
What a shame when you try to support a local business (that we use (or used to use) almost daily) and they let you down with poor customer service.
We ordered a birthday cake to be Halloween themed with black icing and an orange spiderweb but when we collected the cake the day of the party the cake had brown icing with a white flowery decoration and two toy spiders plonked on top.
With no one in the store able to address this we called back when [redacted due to personal identifier] where in to complain only to be told "What do you want me to do about it?"
I repeated what I had ordered (which was in their order book) and was told "I don't do orange or black icing and would have to go out of my way to do this."
WOW...take my money but don't fulfill my order.
Even after they admitted it was a mistake and the assistant should not have taken my order they refused to offer any compensation.
Attitude of [redacted due to personal identifier]- Too bad...don't care!
