Excellent all round. I had some difficult installs and it was all executed with professionalism with the best solutions for the customer discussed and implemented.
Communication: This is so important.
Modern communication techniques are used to keep you informed of arrival time, problems, bill payment. Nothing pisses me off more than waiting for a delayed start up time and not being told about it.
Quality: As good as it gets. Certificates left with the customer which I haven't experienced before and still don't get from Perth based electricians.
Service: Polite, friendly, efficient. Very customer oriented.
Value: Excellent. The above service has many more cost components to it than the price of a power point from Bunnings. Normal trade rates rates here. Don't expect cheap.
I had a series of tasks that took 3 visits to attend to. All work was completed successfully. The new power point in the bathroom was a tough one but it was done very well. Trades people were polite and courteous. Fees were normal as far as I was concerned. If you want "cheap" you will need to go elsewhere.
