Filled out their online contact form but were never contacted. Had to phone for someone to came out and quote. They came out to quote but never got back to us with a price. Contacted them again but they said they had been busy and would definitely email quote the next day. Never received a quote or even an email saying they were not interested in doing the job. Very poor customer service not to even contact us. Have since used another company to fit the ducted reverse cycle.
These people have the best chips in Adelaide and the nicest Chickens I've ever had. Salads are always fresh and the service from the owners is always friendly. They have all the ingredients for a successful business.
If you love fresh King George Whiting, then you won't find any better than at Pauls Cafe on the Parade. This place doesn't try and be overly fancy but I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant and have never found anyone that cooks whiting as well as they do. Well done Paul's
