The place had good music, food was good, everyone was happy and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Slow service was the only downfall. The bartenders skills in mixing drinks was particularly a high note.

Searched these guys up when my car suddenly broke down the other day in the middle of the street. Mick came out almost immediately and after almost an hour of diagnostic work, he concluded the car simply needed fuel and courteously took me to the fuel station to get some. Very friendly and knowledgable service, the only downside is the cost, I got charged a little too steep $165 for the callout which lasted about an hour for a simple fuel tank empty job.

Been there a few times to get my haircut, these guys are really great at giving style cuts (ie. they will employ a variety of techniques to get your hair looking like your favourite tv personality or movie star) however the cost increases greatly compared to a simple trim. Overall it is good value if you are prepared to dish out close to 30 bucks and up for a haircut.

Patronise their pool and bar most sundays for their sunday sessions, the bar prices are fair and the free entry entices most people to spend a relaxing Sunday in their pristine pool. The live band and dj add to the atmosphere also. The resort also offers accommodation which look scenic and cosy and enticing to stay in although I hear they are quite costly

Stumbled across advertising for this place which recently opened after a swim at Dolphin Heads, and decided to check it out after feeling like a burger. Was not disappointed in my choice, the staff were friendly, service was prompt and the burgers were succulent and cooked to perfection. The only downside is that they do not offer a choice in bun - they only have white, but the quality was so good it wont stop me coming back again after another Dolphin Heads swim

Put an ad up for renting rooms in my house at no cost to myself, and the ad appeared in the next fortnightly edition of their periodical which is a top seller in Mackay. Very efficient and clever service, which attracts heaps of ads which serve as a buy, swap and sell forum similar to Trading Post.

A nice variety asian grocery store with the added convenience of thrift household items as well. Like a mini market and a two dollar shop in one place. Convenient opening times allowing plenty of time after work to get shopping done, friendly service and also offers a wide range of asian grocery items at an affordable price.
Kelly Conveyancing provide a thorough, client friendly approach to conveyancing matters in purchasing a property. Sue was meticulous in her work in getting everything necessary done for settlement of my first house and I was constantly informed and reminded when I needed to submit documents or sign something. Made the whole process of buying a first home a lot easier and smoother and less daunting. Great to deal with.
They did a TOP JOB on my front and back lawns. Front garden was looking like a golf course by the end of their work, and all rubbish removed. very efficient service

Stayed there in one of their "new" caravans, was a bloody harrowing experience! Barely survived my 3 months there, the caravan leaked and subsequently everything became mouldy, the dunnies and kitchen are substandard and are infested with frogs, mosquitos, lizards, snakes and other exorbitant wildlife, and the locals are violent, drunk and generally weird. Would not recommend, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE because you will be held to it and DEFINETELY not worth the price tag, expect to pay one of the highest prices in town (just rent a motel room!)
