Purchase a top of the line Battery Charger via ebay. Total including postage and insurance was below $33, whereas the same item was available at Dick Smiths for around $80. Super fast service, great communication, packaging and speed.

Purchased a refurbished Panasonic LCD Tv from them via ebay. They shipped it via TNT, who lost it. Then they would not refund the freight I'd paid, even though TNT cannot have charged them and it's an ebay policy for the seller to ensure the item is delivered. Very abrupt, arrogant and rude responses to emails as well.

Stock a large range of discounted or cheap items, often of acceptable quality. Excellent value and worth checking out before paying top prices at Coles or other retailers. Will refund your money if your item breaks too quickly or is otherwise substandard.

Stock a large range of Health foods, natural remedies and fresh organic produce. Service is pretty bad, unfriendly, unhelpful and slow. Prices are very high too. They have a naturopath on staff, but usually too busy to be helpful.

Huge range of saws and cutting implements and home sharpening supplies. Only people I know of in the area who sharpen secauteurs, saws etc. Overnight service to sharpen two pairs of secauteurs for $7.70 each.

Supply an enormous range of padlocks and security items, cut all kinds of keys and provide good service and information about any security issues. Fast, efficient service.

Good range of hardware and gardening supplies. Are not as cheap as Bunnings, but good value for West End. Excellent service, will order things in if they don't stock the item.
