The place was not busy and there were 3 staff members behind the counter.
It took 20 minutes for them to serve three coffees.These were not brought on a tray but carried by two young students.
The cafe art that the barista had tried to do was all over the place by the time it arrived.
It would have been quicker for me to import the coffee and make it myself.
There are many other places in the centre that make great coffee and within a reasonable amount of time.

Quite a well presented and well stocked shop.
I was put off by the rude and common woman behind the counter who was advising people they couldn't bring drinks in when they were smartly dressed adults and looked like they had enough money to buy the shop.
The owners need to check in on their staff who are obviously losing them business.
There is one young student who is extremely helpful and has a really great attitude but I can obtain better service and prices online.

Comfortable ambiance with seating suitable for elderly people who do not find it easy to stand up after sitting.

The food and drinks are very good and the cakes are fresh, but it would be good if the staff noted "no onions" when requested.
Some of the staff are disinterested in serving and not overly friendly.

They are listed as closing at 5pm on a Sunday but when a crowd of us tried to order food and coffee at 4pm on a Sunday they advised they were closing. This is not acceptable so we have reported this to centre management.

I was not impressed.
I sent them an Email, via their website, asking for a quote on my laptop repair on 17th March 2014.

I received no response. I then called them and the guy I spoke to was not helpful and seemed to think I was calling from a Marketing company or trying to sell them something.

I told them I would send another Email ... outlining my inquiry. Still no response.

They evidently do not need any new business.

I then called another laptop repair and service business in Narellan who assisted me very quickly and efficiently and they are who I'll be dealing with again, and highly recommending in the future.

Really friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. The cooling fan had blown in my laptop and the price they quoted me to replace it was very reasonable. I also had a key sticking on the keyboard and as some of the letters on it had worn off so I asked them to replace the entire keypad. They collected my laptop and returned it by courier. I was very impressed and would definitely use their services again. Thank you Matthew and Jay - Highly recommended!

The staff are professional and friendly and provide 120% customer service.

The menu and drinks available offer enormous variety.
The cocktails are totally awesome.

I can highly recommend the entrees, black mushrooms and authentic south African boerewors with mealie pap prepared in the genuine South African way, no frills or alterations, just real pap, with chakalaka sauce. Great for us South Africans. We have this entrée every time I go there.

The ribs are incredible and so are the seafood dishes and desserts.
I haven't worked my way through the entire menu, yet, but I will.
The restaurant is fully licensed and offer indoor and outdoor dining experience

Nice layout but the tables are too close together. The coffees were good and well presented.I ordered a breakfast with scrambled eggs. The service was quite fast but the eggs were not scrambled as no milk had been added to them, therefore it was an omelette. The tomato was hard and green.When I paid the guy at the counter made a move to put my card against the paywave, without asking me. I do not subscribe to paywave and they are supposed to ask if you want to use it. Varied menu but for the reasons above I would not visit again.
