I would not recommend this bank to anyone as there service is poor and they charge much higher interest rates than other banks. Letter from them 15/9/2015 stating that they are increasing the interest on my home loan to 5.72%. Yet going off the RBA site there has been no increase in the official rate. Shame on HSBC.
25 years this year that I have been using this firm for all my Tax requirements. The are qualified CPA. Great business & I highly recommend them to anyone.
Much better restaurant than there other in store in Grand Plaza. Fries cooked properly, burgers and shakes made correctly. The restaurant is clean, the staff are better serving. Big improvement to last year.

Poorly made Shakes, they were hand mixed for some reason. The fries were half cooked and soggy. The Aussie burger was dripping with so much sauce and mayo. I'll also be posting a complaint on their website. Disgusting.

Beautiful home made Take Away Pizza by a real Italian. Nothing fancy just really nice Pizza with generous toppings.
Haven't tried there Ribs & Pasta yet.

Just went in today to get some milk and walked past the fruit and Veg's section noting that there is trays of Nectarines and Peaches that are all shrivelled up. Woolworths the fresh food people. CRAP! What a load of lies.

Sorry the shake machine is out of order, same for the one in the Plaza. Flies buzzing around inside and on me. Ordered a some new cheese burger thing sat down and opened it up to see a poor excuse for a hamburger that looked like it was just slapped together. There was an excessive amount of various sauces on it that were running out everywhere. I should have returned it but was in a hurry and was hungry. Will never go back there again, the burger tasted like crap as well.

Got a chicken schnitzel burger and went back to work, 2 mins drive. The schnitzel was stone cold inside, not happy. The Bay Marie is always cold on the glass compared to other take away shops. They always reheat food which is illegal. There egg & bacon muffins are only luke warm first thing in the morning. There service is slow. Tried to explain about the cold food and reheating of but in one ear out the other. Time to contact the authorities.

An American company advertising Australian Mining jobs. I contacted them and they told my that for a $250 fee they will point you in the correct direction to getting a high paid mining job. But the catch is that there is no guarantee that they will actually get you a job. Just a scam taking peoples money for nothing. They keep advertising about the mining boom even on WOMO site, The boom went bust or better still never really got off the ground.
I would love to hear from someone that genuinely had success with them. It is ILLEGAL in australia to ask a candidate for payment.

Bought an LG washing maching model no WT-R854 in May 2009. The wife went on holidays for a few weeks April 2013, I do a load of washing and find out why we have been using excessive water for the past 9 months. The rates notice says 960 odd litres a day. The machine fills, wash for 30 seconds then empties then repeats this on & on for the wash cycle. Mind you the water mains is only connected to the washer as the house runs off the water tanks. Contacted LG, they don't care. The machine is 4 years old this month. Will never buy LG crap again. Fuzzy Logic crap. Shame on you LG fo ripping off the public.
