Deplorable service. No communication and when I do call they lie to me. Had to use them as they do the LG warranty repairs. 2 weeks without hearing from them I call and they say parts are ordered it will be looked at in 2 days. I call back a week later and they say someone is looking at it tomorrow. I call 2 days later and they say someone is looking at it tomorrow, I say that's what you said 2 days ago! They have nothing to say except a deadpan apology. Makes me think the poor receptionist has to try to cover up their lies and apologise often. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one was available. I shouldn't have been surprised. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Telefix to say the least. Avoid if possible.
I like to try and use eco friendly products for my kids as much as possible, and Hello Charlie is always the first place I look. They have a great range, and the service is fantastic! Parcels always arrive quickly and with a personal thankyou note and lolly!!! Gotta love that!
Excellent they are on the internet, great clothes, good prices, and brilliant service! Thanks Lisa! I have been looking for good nursing clothes, and they are hard to find. Maternity Revolution have a great range! Service is brilliant - Lisa emailed me re postage, but I wasn't at my computer, so before the end of the day she called just so she could mail the clothes that day for me! I got the clothes the next day and they are beautiful and just what I wanted! Thanks again Lisa!
