Nice dentist, almost no pain when she is doing procedures. Suite is not fancy but clean & tidy. She explains in detail what she is going to do which I like. Very understanding of the fear some people have of dentists.
I've been here on a Friday morning and it was quite crowded. Still the facilities were good, the cake and hot chocolate were nice and there were lots of high chairs to go around.
I LOVE the atmosphere at Garuva! I think the price is pretty good. It's true that the meals aren't huge but it means there's no waste like there is when you get ridiculously big meals! I love the bar out the back with the beanbags, and they make great cocktails! I've never had any problems with the food, it's always been tasty & not given me any tummy upsets...

Doug's has great tasting food and great views from the cafe area. Even when they are super busy on the weekends our food has always come pretty quickly. There is a great choice for people who don't like seafood as well.
The food is generally really good here. Once we have dined in with friends and they forgot one of the meals, so the rest of us had our food and one person had to wait for theirs. However we have eaten here many other times and this has only happened once.
I first saw Dr John Howland after a miscarriage, and then saw him through my next pregnancy which ended much more happily with the birth of my daughter. He has a bit of a funny manner about him but at the crucial times when it counts I trusted him completely and felt safe that he would do what was best. He was very understanding after the miscarriage. I will be going to him again for my next baby. Not the cheapest obstetrician but not the dearest either!
We hired a Dingo digger from Dig-In Hire to remove dirt & level out an area in our backyard. Roger explained (to my husband!) thoroughly how to use the machine. My husband was confident with the guidance & help given to use the machine. The machine was exactly what we were after and we were impressed with the service.

I've been having my hair done at Eltajada for over 12 months now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The ladies there are all lovely, very welcoming & friendly. The prices are really reasonable. They have a beauty therapist as well for any waxing, nail needs etc. A nice atmosphere.

Rapid Hot installed a new solar hot water system for us. I called one day, they quoted the next day, and installed the new system the day after that! Very prompt! The gentleman who came to quote had a laptop and was able to give me the quote there and then. The service was excellent.

I stayed at Woodleigh Homestead for a weekend away with my husband and daughter. The room wasn't fancy but had everything we needed. We went in winter and the fire warmed the room beautifully. We booked through one of the online accommodation sites which called this a B&B - Woodleigh provided the bacon, eggs and toast and you cooked it in the room yourself. We didn't mind this but I can see that some people might not like it. The views are fantastic - you can see all the way to Surfers.
