I can always easily get an appointment at short notice, the staff are very friendly and the salon looks great - chic and inviting. Pierrots sends out newsletters and their approach really makes you feel like a valued client. Your experience starts with a complimentary "aroma journey" which is a short head and neck massage with gorgeous essential oils - very relaxing! They have some lovely herbal teas to sample. These additional treats make it a lovely experience!
