I have had to use the Salvation Army Community Support Services during my time of trouble, they were non judgmental and assisted me with food vouchers and other needs that I had at the time in a friendly and safe environment.

I use the Smithfield Post Office for all my billing payments and the staff are always friendly and you never have to wait long in a queue to be served. They are well knowledge at their job and know what they are talking about when you ask them for advice on Postal Services.

About a month ago I had my credit card stolen and raced into the branch at Smithfield. Within minutes my card was canceled, a new card was ordered and the staff assured me that the card could no longer be used and was now inactive. Received new card several days later.

ACON is a very good service that I accessed recently to get through a Domestic Violence situation with my former boyfriend. They provided me with one on one counseling and even assisted during the court DVO process by having a support worker with me at all times.

Great value for money $109 per night, including a full all you can eat hot and cold breakfast. Close to a major shopping center and public transport. Well laid out hotel. Only problem during stay was lift was not working and had to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Recently visited this hotel when visiting the area for business for several days, I noticed they were understaffed and it did take some time to get served. The costing of a glass of coke was way too high for a Hotel.

MCC is a great place to get advice on the Manly Area, and it also assists the homeless people in the area in getting into accommodation, with fares, food, etc. They are a great resource, but are majorly under budget for what services they provide to the community.

Dr Nadia Tejani is an endocrinologist dealing with people with diabetes and is one of the best specialists that I have come across with my time with my illness. She knows exactly what is causing the problems and how to solve it quickly and promptly.

After falling on a bus at Brookvale near the medical center I was taken up to the medical center where I was assessed straight away by a doctor and did not have to wait in the queue. The doctor sent for x-rays and everything was fine, just turned out to be a sprained ankle.

Had used this store to purchase some home electrical appliances for my new flat. Staff showed me to the correct area and assisted me with what I needed. Then also assisted in helping me carry items to the checkout.
