This organic grocer is conveniently located, with parking almost always available out the front. Because it's organic there isn't always a huge range, but they still have a good range. The girls who work here are lovely and always helpful. If you like fresh juices, they also have a juice bar.
I have my eyebrows shaped here - Belinda is great - but I've had mixed experiences with other staff. The location is great. Everytime i've been i've had to wait, sometimes 15 mins after my appointment time.
I started SIL with a free sessions experience, I looked saw Kickboxing, Toning & Cardio. the thought of cardio filled me with dread so I knew it was the one I had to do. When I first started I would't have been able to run the length of the field without stopping. Last weekend I ran my first 10km fun run. The way Neale teached is fantastic. he is so encouraging and the class is broken up into lots of small activities, so you don't realise how much you've actually been doing. Everyone is really supportive.
Vibrabody is the second vibragym I've been to. I started vibragym as I'd heard it might be good for my back, I used to visit the osteo at least once every few months, since I started vibragym, I don't need to go any more. The added benefit is strength, core strength and fitness. It's a personal training session in 20-30 mins. Rod knows his stuff at Vibrabody and a highly recommend it.
My girlfriend and I had our nails done here (not a minicure but buff and polish) - French Polish for $15 each. The girls were great and when I walked out of the store and ruined one (as I always do), I went back in and she fixed it up again. They were lovely and warm for a first visit and do all kinds of things at reasonable price - I think a massage was about $75 an hour. My friend booked her husband in and he had an hour and a half massage and he said it was great. They also have the Sunrise family discount if you are a member. I'd defiantly go back again.

I was in Sydney for the day and after a stressful week was looking for a massage. I looked for a recommendation on WOMOW and found the float and massage centre in Bondi Junction. I called up and made a booking for 2 hours of bliss (a float and a massage) for $100. They were lovely from the first contact and gave me great directions (10 mins by train from central sydney). First impressions is it's not fancy and a bit older (think 80's spa reno) but peaceful, welcoming and clean. I'd never had a float before, but the experience was great. The first 5 mins, I thought an hour is going to be ages, next minute time is up (I think I feel asleep twice), I got out and had a shower, get in a robe and go for my massage with Karen, you was probably the best masseuse I've ever had (In Melbourne I go to the Lyall and the Prince, but if Karen moved to Melbourne I'd go to her). It was absolutely 2 hours of bliss and the second best bit - It only cost $100 - TOTAL. apparently the float is equal to 6 hours sleep. one day on and I still feel fantastic.

Great place for breakfast, fast service, not posh food, just hearty food in large helpings. It would be an unsual to wait longer than 10-15 for breakfast. They retain their staff, so that also is a good sign. I wish they had a few more vegie items (i.e things without egg) - but even so I always enjoy my breafaat there. We're there almost every weekend
These guys are more than a local bottle shop, they remember your name, what you like, make great recommendations, will order in especially for you and will call you when it comes in. They are know their stuff too, they have occasional wine tastings and you can also always get a park nearby - they even help you carry heavy stuff to your car if your need it. When my husband and I when to Margaret River for a holiday, Jeff wrote a list of wineries we shouldn't miss.
Polknghorns has great quality meats. The also have great home style precooked dinner items & desserts - I love the apple crumple. Although I'm not the meat eater in the family, my husband rates the meat as teh best around as to all the meat eaters I know. They're helpful and friendly
I've been going to Urban burger since it opened an at first it was exciting to have so many vegie choices, but over time, something has slipped a little in the flavour department. And the burger buns are a little big - I'm sure if your a big burly bloke, that would be a plus, but it's a little more bread than ingredients. Overall though it's ok burgers and really yummy chips - especially with the aoli dip
