I find this cafe to have outstanding service and beautiful food at a great price. The staff are always accommodating. My husband and I went there for a quick bite to eat while out shopping the service was fast and the food fabulous

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in finding sizes etc. They were prompt to ask if I needed any help and were chatty and made you feel welcome
I found the retail assistance in this store to be way below standard. The staff were quite happy to have a conversation as I waited for them to finish so that the shirt I was purchasing could be paid for. In the end I left the shirt on the counter and walked out
I purchased a straightening Iron from this store and had problems with it about a month after purchasing. I could not find my receipt but they store were helpful and happy to replace the faulty iron, They were polite
I love going into Cold Rock and picking various "add ins" to put into the ice cream, which is just smooth and divine. The staff are always helpful in making recommendations as to what you should add to the ice cream
The guys in this store are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Being a male dominated store I did not find them patronising towards me because I am a female

A great little store to find costume jewellery from casual to formal and very reasonable prices. Needed matching necklace, brakelet and earings to go with an outfit for a wedding and was able to get them all in one place for a very reasonable price
If you are looking for the "IT" bag this is the place to buy from they have a wide variety of gorgeous bags and accessories to choose from - Love the store
