Been here a few times and the lady at the counter is very helpful and friendly and doesn't pressure you. She makes sure you are getting what you need, not what she wants to sell you.

You join the Muffin Break Club and get a free coffee straight away. You get a free muffin on your birthday (in the month) and after you have purchased 4 coffees you get a regular coffee free. I love their coffee, it tastes great.
