Two occasions. First shared platter was not as ordered (meats and cheeses) but dips recieved were nice but bread was not crisped. Second lunch visit. 2 mains. Lamb Guvec (stew) whilst meat was tender overall dish was served luke warm and bland with rice. Lamb cutlets with lima beans and grilled veges. Lamb was overcooked, 1 cutlet too tough to eat, lima beans were canned, unrinsed red beans and lacking in Turkish flavours. grilled veges were a steamed dutch carrot, a piece of broccoli and cauliflower. No seasoning or traditional flavours at all.
Approximate cost: $65
Honestly the best steaks in Ipswich. Superbly cooked steak, a moist & tender house made chicken Kiev and a rich creamy chicken & basil fettucini were the mains we enjoyed after a serve of crunchy cheese & shallot turkish bread. The meals were served with either real creamy potato mash & fresh veges or fresh interesting mixed salad and great chips.
Approximate cost: $12-20
