I really like this Thai place and find it superior to others in the area. The décor is really nice low intimate lighting at night. Good place for a romantic dinner.
One of the oldest buildings in Berwick and nice to look inside at all the old photos from around 1900. The food is always reasonably good, standard pub food. Not a great selection for vegetarians. Good bar for a quiet drink.
If you are looking for coffee in a great setting and something a little bit different, then revival is nice to go to. I love the open window where you can order from the street and sit outside. Coffee is very good too.
I love going to this restaurant due to its history in Berwick. It has been here since I can remember as a child - and with the same wall paper! The food and service are good, although the fish I had last time was a bit dry. Staff are friendly.
Very happy with the food and service here. Last time I was here, there was a Chinese lady in our group and she though the food was of a very high standard. The actual restaurant itself is slightly dingy, but the food makes up for it.
This is probably my favourite city restaurant, although I cannot afford to go there too often due to the prices. If you are willing to pay and book well ahead, it is a great experience and atmosphere. It is dark and intimate with very tasteful décor. The cocktail list is the most extensive I have seen. After dinner you can stay on for drinks in their underground bar called 'Charlie's Bar'. Great night out.
Not your normal bakery here, this bakery has specialty pies that have won numerous awards. They really are the best. Good selection of cakes and breads also. You can see right into the preparation area, so they must keep it clean.
Great local bakery selling the usual cakes, hot food and bread. The coffee is very good here and they sell made up lunch rolls for $4 which is very good value these days. Very friendly staff.
This is my first stop for quality small cakes. I always stop here before visiting grandparents and buy some of their cakes. It is a nice little café to eat in as well. Their pre-prepared pasties, pies, frittatas are very good value. It is rather cheap considering their quality
I haven't been that keen on the food at this restaurant. Although I know many people who love it. It is probably because I am vegetarian and most people I have heard usually praise their steaks. The décor is a little weird with backlit pictures on the wall. It is a fairly high priced restaurant for the area.
