Cannot recommend these guys. Although their quote seemed to be competitive the whole job took much longer than anticipated (all afternoon) mainly because they disappeared for a long break less than an hour after they had started and - after they had returned - it was a work - break - work- break game (with much longer break than work intervals). They also left quite a few branches of some palm trees that should have been removed (in the evening it was impossible to see the difference between green and yellow). What really annoys me is that they used one of my canvas chairs for refuelling their chain saw - thereby soaking quite a large patch of canvas with petrol . When I said to the boss that I was unhappy about this he apologised but also said I was making too big a thing out of it. A comment like this is simply not acceptable. He did not try to fix it (although he said he would come and clean it the next day - of course, he didn't!) nor offer me any courtesy discount for this. Poor attitude and poor service. Will never use those guys again.
The next day I also discovered that they damaged parts of my reticulation system by not taking proper care - why am I not surprised?

We have been using James and his team for all our electrical issues during the last two years. All jobs they had to do for us were executed perfectly. You can rely on their quotes 100%, they are on time, and they try to disturb your routine as little as possible. When you see them working it becomes very obvious that they know what they are doing. Having James and his team looking after the electrical needs in your house gives you the feeling that you are safe and that you do not need to worry about anything in this regard. Would always recommend them.
