recently I got this company to prepare a Tax Depreciation Schedule for my investment property. I researched few companies on internet and found TSL has the best value. They charge a fixed price for a 16 pages report (including photos and diagrams).

last year, this company prepared a pest and building report for the property that I was buying. Their service was ok, but they charge me double the price because they said the property has a granny flat.

This branch is always busy, average two tellers operating, and two at enquires sections. There is always a long queue every time I go there. They need to improve customer services and put on more staffs

THE GOOD THING ABOUT BANKWEST IS IT OPEN 7 DAYS and 9 am to 5:30 pm. but when it's busy, it can be a long wait. Some time I want to just make a deposit, they told me to come back in 30 mins because all consultants are busy with enquires. They should have minimum one staff just to do transactions only (like other banks).

I don't like paypal, had bad experience with them, bad customer service, I had made a complaint before, but they did not do anything, told me BAD LUCK!!! High fees for the sellers

Good customer services, but don't have the best price in the area (shopping centre). It is always busy, some times not enough checkout staffs. Self checkout is slow, need improvements.

I currently on a plan with Soul, and I have just received a letter advising that a new charge of $3.00 each month if I want to receive a paper bill in the mail. Not happy with the new charge.

the new post paid plan offered by virgin "ROLLOVER CAP" is NOT A GOOD ROLLOVER PLAN. CONDITION: "Any unused monthly included Talk & Text rolls over to the following month only and is used after the following month's included Talk & Text is exhausted."

some time has the cheapest petrol in the area. not enough pumps. very busy on Tuesday and Wednesday, very long queues. not enough staff working, need to improve services or put is more pumps

Sometime it has the cheapest petrol in the area. The good thing about this service station is it has many pumps. With the new epump, it make filling up more convenient
