great shopping centre with central location, fantastic that they hasust installed self-serve checkouts

i would like to congratulate Optus, we always seem to rotate contstantly between Telstra and Optus services but our recent experience with Optus has been fantastic. Call Centre staff are always helpful when we enquire about our internet services and will stay on the phone until issue is resolved.

A great insurance company, easier to contact call centre who are always very helpful. We have been offered great inclusions for our house, especially since we live in a flood/cyclone affected area. I have found since all of Queensland's 2011 natural disasters our annual premiums have been significantly increased.

Although we use our fly buys card daily for the food shopping/petrol etc it takes ages to accumulate points and by the time you are close to getting a cheap gift card the points expire- The rewards do not equate to the amount you spend. i don't see the value or point in this system unless you are spending ALOT of money and have access to the higher range rewards

A great supermarket which is very central and close to home. We always shop there to get the daily discounted food items, the food is always fresh. New technology implemented such as self-serve check outs is fantastic

Always massive waiting lines not matter what time or day you visit the store. after waiting so long it is disappointing that staff are not always able to assist just redirect you to online or phone services for further assitance.

good alternative to fast food, yummy food without the guilt! great variety of menu options. A healthy choice!

A good medical center for the family. It can be hard to get an appointment at short notice or but the doctors are great, good service. There are occasions where the doctors will bulk-bill
