I had a pergola put up. I told them and showed them how I wanted it built. They didn't put the up rights where I wanted them. They offered no explanation for this and did not even say anything to me I overheard the supervisor tell the other guy that they should have been further over. It is rough around the edges, the roof lifts in the wind and the weather proofing is loose and blows around, one upright is bent and the roof leaks. I am very disappointed. He came out after I complained and put a few dabs of silicon on the roof, it has stopped most of the weather proofing from coming out, but I am sill concerned every windy day that the roof will blow off. This pergola just seems not very secure and it looks amateurish.

The fresh food is not so fresh, grubs in the lettuce, fruit fly in the fruit. Fresh pasta was moldy. Almost everything fresh that I purchased had problems. The managing staff are horrendously rude. Two stand outs were a young boy with thick dark hair packing shelves was so helpful and could not be faulted, the other end of the scale was an overweight female manager with short blond hair, she was so rude and had a look of annoyed disgust on her face when asked a question. She also seemed to stalk customers following people and looking in their trolleys and under prams. She was really a bizarre person.

The pharmacist is very helpful, but I asked a staff member if they stocked an item I was taken to the shelf where the product was, I decided not to purchase it as I could get it cheaper elsewhere. When I left the store, after paying for my scripts, the staff member chased me into the car park yelling about the item I had inquired about as if I was a shoplifter. People commented that I must have pinched something, I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I will never ask about an item again.

I went in to buy a computer, after all the sales hype trying to sell extras I finally got to the point where I signed a form saying no to virus scanner (I have one for 3 computers) and no to a lot of other stuff including extended warranty. Then the dept manager looked at the sale and said "you need extended warranty" he then changed the form that I had signed and put that I wanted a warranty and added it to my final bill. I know I should have walked out and not purchased the computer. He was so pushy and I was pressured into paying for an extended warranty I did not even want. He tried to force me into buying lots of other stuff but he finally believed that I had no more money, but only after suggesting finance.
