Cockles has a lovely atmosphere. With a choice of sitting outside or inside, on a lovely day it's nice outside and on a cold winter's day it's cosy inside. There's a good menu offering a variety of food and meal choices and the coffee is up there with the BEST available on the south coast! Friendly staff and the great location make this an ideal place to take visitors or just sneak away for a quick coffee yourself!
The owners and staff at Favourite Fillings are passionate about providing great customer service and they do it well. The range of fresh food on offer is extensive and Mario makes one of the BEST coffees in town! A great place to buy lunch, or morning tea, or breakfast or to cater for a work function.
We're relatively new clients of this fabulous group of vets and vet nurses. Their kind and caring manner towards their clients (both human and animal) is fabulous and the level of customer service provided is outstanding! It's reassuring for animal-lovers to find such a professional service so close to home.
Premier Stateliner provides the most frequent bus service for residents and visitors to the Fleurieu Peninsula. The bus trip is good value, the buses are comfortable and the drivers are helpful so it's sad to have to ask how it is some of the Franklin Street check-in counter staff keep their job? On several trips now we've been met with staff who are already rude and irritable at 8.30am. It's embarrassing to witness how rudely staff speak to tourists who are unsure of routes etc and these exchanges are often the talk of waiting passengers. We should be recommending that visitors and friends travel by bus rather than by hire car but we can't while the Franklin St counter staff continue to treat their customers as an inconvenience.
The friendly, professional staff at B'Luxe have many years' experience between them and it shows in the comfortably stylish salon and excellent customer service! Treat yourself to some pampering and I'm confident that you won't regret it. Just one thing...it's worth calling and booking in as it's a popular place.
This company takes pride in providing excellent customer service and does it very well. It's terrific to be able to drop your car in for servicing and collect it not too much later...means you don't lose your car for the whole day. Polite, courteous staff recognise opportunities to refer you to their sales team and they do it without the 'hard sell' experienced at other dealers.
Needing to get a large delivery from Adelaide to the South Coast, I was given Goolwa Transport's number. Their customer service (every time I rang) was friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I changed arrangements on short notice, the service was still excellent! Great value and fantastic service ensures I'll continue to use this company (and I'm telling everyone I can about them.)
The customer service these guys provide, right down to their friendly home delivery staff, is second to none! Enthusiastic and always helpful, the food's top quality and great value-for-money, too. We don't buy pizza or pasta from anywhere else since we found Pizza Express!
