I have been taking Pole lessons from Pole Princess for the past year and a half. It is a great workout combining Cardio, Strength and core training and also dance.
Classes are made up into a 8 week term and are split into 7 levels. Over the 8 weeks you will learn a trick each week and part of a dance which students have the chance to perform at end of term performance night. Every term there is a new dance, once you have mastered the tricks in that level you can go up.
Teachers are great, all of them starting doing pole dancing as a fitness class. They also have casual classes - workout and core conditioning classes, also stretch and flex and dance classes such as burlesque, hip hop and cheer leading.
Student can also go at any free time and use studio for practise sessions.
Cost is a little expensive but classes are small and limited amount of poles per room. You can ensure a teacher will help you get your tricks right.
I strongly recommend pole dancing for anyone, its not the erotic dancing style some people make it out to be.

Mexicali Rose is amazing!!! The food is fantastic and great value for money. Large variety of options on the Menu and good for first time Mexican eaters. I really enjoyed the banquet, we had one which was around $35 a person, could not even finish the last course of desert, was so much food.

Good location in Richmond and parking is available on the street, or on a side street which is only a 30 second walk to restaurant.

Do suggest to book as it can be very busy, and tables are very cramped. Have not have much space to move last two times I have been there.

I recommend making space for desert as they are well worth it. Banana Taquitos are the best.

Restaurant also sell a cook book which has items from the menu on, cost is about $29.95.

Went to Taco Bill on the Monday Australia day public Holiday. The restaurant was pretty quiet. They normally have $2 tacos on monday night which are not valid on public holidays, we also were not able to use our shopper docket vouchers on the public Holiday.

Food was good, standard tasting Taco Bill food, always reasonable value.

However it was my friends birthday and staff did a really good job, service was amazing. They brought the Birthday girl out a sombrero and party glasses and also brought her a Birthday Ice Cream without us even asking.
They also didnt sit everyone in the restaurant in the same place like normal, we were spaced out so had enough space to sit and move around.

No as quality food as other Mexican restaurants but can always reply on Taco Bill for a good meal.

Hayley has been my hairdresser for the last 8 years. So obviously I have happy with her service.
Value for money is fantastic. Hayley knows her stuff, if she doesn't think a colour or cut is going to work she will let you know so you are not disappointed in the service.

All products used are of high quality.

The Salon is on her property but is disconnected from the house, so you still get the Salon feel.

Waxing is also available.

Good to go to for when you want a last minute appointment. There is often a long wait time even when you have an booking as they do not often say no to walk ins. Wait time can be around 30 minutes during peak times for a treatment even with a booking.

Good value for money on the positives and service is good. Have had a range of services there including Tan, Fake Nails, Mani and Pedicure and Waxing. Staff are always friendly and the quality of treatment is good for all but Waxing, I would say waxing service can be great or bad depending on who is free at the time to do the treatment.
