I like to often browse Freedom Capalaba store because they have good and stylish furniture and accessories. Price is a little bit more than other stores, but the quality and uniqueness value the money you pay for it.

There are good variety of products with good value for money. They also have several products on promotion.
Store is satisfactory as expected.

Fresh produce and Deli department has good variety products and all very fresh and clean. Meat is excellent - very tender, juicy and no fat, really good.
Service is given always with a smile. Although the price is not always the best, it is worth it.

I went for a filling which they end up extracting my teeth.
Their ad was a Pain Free Dentistry, but it wasn't the case. Besides the pain, the bruising after extraction that lasted a week, no return call was given when we asked for.

Customer service is reasonable, but not fantastic. While value for money is excellent. They are having promotion of $ 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well for any new release or any other DVDs.

Overall was satisfactory.
Allthough store didn't have what I was looking for, staff was willing to take note and order.
