I needed to see a doctor in a hurry and the reception ladies found an emergency spot for me, explained that it would be a wait and even got me a glass of water too. The doctors are able to speak in plain english and tell you whats wrong

I went to buy a house. I booked an appointment time as I lived 2 Hours away and when I turned up they had sold the house but "forgotten" to let me know. This was the 2nd time this had happened to me with the same firm in as many weeks

the service is great and they will help you out to the car if you need help. staff are always smiling and their greeting sounds genuine. They also have no policy on trying to jam everything into one small bag either
