My wife and I had arrived after booking a table and after a small wait for attendance we were seated reasonable quickly. It was difficult to find a park and we ended up parking about 1km down the road and walked there (which was needed for the walk back after eating). There was a small wait to place our order and receive it, but nothing over the top. The quality of the food was great (we ordered a meat platter) and its price was excellent.
I went into the store looking for 15m of Cat-5 cable. I walked in and saw a long line with people holding numbers like a Woolworth's deli. Turns out you can't just buy things as you walk in and if you do you need to wait in line to use their one computer to register an account and order it that way and wait for your order to be filled. There was no opportunity to examine the product and the sales people were quite rude and impersonal. I just left.
What i loved most about the Himalayan Cafe was the value for money. Two entrees, two mains, a dessert and drinks cost us about 60 dollars. And the quality of the food was wonderful. The ambiance of the restaurant was great and the set up looked quite authentic. The down side was that there was sometimes a long wait on food that was ordered, however this was a busy night.
Approximate cost: $10
I was purchasing some sand and cement pavers to construct a pateo in my back yard and found the advice not only helpful but also objective. I had ordered it to be delivered on a Friday and it arrived 10 min early. The delivery guy unloaded everything and was quite friendly, even to my son who was frightened by the loud tailgate. The quality of the products were good and were one of the cheaper options in Brisbane.
When I went there for dinner I was glad there wasn't a long wait for my order. I wanted to order a meal which included chips, however they had run out. Also when speaking to the shop attendant I found it a little difficult to hear them. Overall the quality of the kebab was quite good and the value for money was excellent.
The quality of service at Aldo's is quite good. The barbers are quite personable, however during busy periods this is sometimes less so, which is to be expected. The only negative aspect is the common long wait and their recent renovations have lessened the amount of chairs meaning an even longer wait.
Approximate cost: $15
