The atmosphere in the cafe was lovely, the staff efficient and very friendly. Most of the food was home made and very tasty. It was a nice Mother's Day lunch and totally enjoyable. Will go back again.
Love going to this shop, brings back memories of my childhood with the English "Sweets", and also the old Lolly shops in Australia where you could get 'a pennyworth' of your favourites.
After placing an order for a mobile phone in December, I was advised in January that the one I ordered was unavailable after a few emails instigated by me I was told I could have a different colour, to me this was false advertising ad the advert said they were in stock. I therefore cancelled the order and went elsewhere........ Where is customer service these days!
After placing an order for a mobile phone in January after seeing advertising for what I wanted, I was told in late February this particular phone was unavailable and would I like to change the colour. After 6 emails in this time I decided to surf the net for the particular phone which I found with another company for approx $80 cheaper, I asked if they could better or match this and they said no I then asked for my money back and some compensation for the fees to my credit card as they drew the money on the 25/2/2013. That was another no. I am very disappointed with the service and would never even think of purchasing anything from this company again.
The staff are very accommodating to families... on arrival for dinner the children were given colouring in sheets and pencils. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Meals were a good size and very nicely cooked, very tasty. Prices were very reasonable.

After finding this on the Eat now app on Christmas day we have only good things to say. The burgers are the best I have tasted for quite awhile, garlic pizza very fresh, caesar salad also very fresh. Delivery people very friendly and prompt.

This store is so clean, fresh and spacious, It was a pleasure to shop here. Prices are compatible with the big stores, some items even cheaper. The variety is extensive. The staff were friendly, I will travel to shop there.

Looking for door handle mechanism after going to the South Penrith store where we were told they didn't stock the item I wanted I decided to try the Penrith store. I found a staff member, explained what I wanted, he led me straight to the item, it is good to now some staff know their products ... thank you!
