It's a lovely experience coming here. The staff are terrific, I am always thrilled with my hair. I love the massage - it is very relaxing and my colourist is the best!

I LOVE ZUCCI!! They use high quality products, offer an extremely professional service and the staff are also always up for a laugh! I spend hours here each time I visit the salon and the time passes so quickly because we always have so much fun. The DJ's crew (all of them) are fantastic! From the moment I enter the salon to the moment I leave I feel truly spoilt. I have been to numerous premium salons in Melbourne and my biggest complaint was that I always felt passed on from stylist to stylist. My colourist/cutter would see me for 10 mins before disappearing to another client - meaning my sessions went for hours. At Zucci - I get attentive service with attention to detail, Things never feel rushed. Finally, their finished product speaks for itself, I constantly receive compliments regarding my hair and many of my friends and collegues now visit the salon too. Thank You Zucci!

Sarah is great - my cut and colour are perfect. She conserved colour to reduce my total bill as well. She takes great care to understand exactly what I was after.

My colour looks lovely and natural and the cut is the best one I've had in years. Also it is really well priced seeing as it's in the cbd and David Jones.

I've been going to all the Zucci salons for the past 5 years and have never been happier with my hair. The staff members are more like family to me now and I couldn't imagine not having Zucci in my life! I feel more confident and sexy in my look and I have the Zucci team to thank for that :)

Herbal tea upon arrival and an AMAZING head and shoulder massage was greatly welcomed after a long day at work. The cut was a simple trim yet still got charged $95 - a little excessive in my opinion but will go back none the less due to the use of AVEDA products (no animal cruelty involved with these products).
