Expensive almost $300 for half head of foils and trim and I don’t like my hair at all after.
Disappointed and feel ripped off. I won’t be going back.

Beautiful salon. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Stylists are all lovely and super friendly. They look after you while you are there too with coffee, tea and glasses of water. Love it!

Both Serryn and Jade are fantastic, they take the time to discuss with me what I want to achieve from my colour and cut. They give me advice and assist me in making decisions, I never feel rushed. Everyone at Zucci Ivanhoe are extra polite and very attentive. I look forward to my appointments and always get compliments on my hair after I have been.

The service is great. You are looked after the minute you walk in the door. I am always so happy with the result. Now I just let them decide what to do with my hair because I know they will always produce what I want. Rocco has been cutting my hair for almost as long as I can remember and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else.

Well executed haircut, styling and colouring!
I have been going to this salon for almost two years now, trying to fix a bad cut and color which made my hair break off.
I have had 3 different stylists and everytime came away with a cut that I needed to grow out to fix. I am now not game to go back and have found another hairdresser who finally gave me a god cut. Very expensive, would not recommend.
I have enjoyed having my haircut and coloured at Zucci for more than 20 years, I love the way that Rocco styles my hair and Lauren always manages the perfect colour. bad haircut awful colour paid top dollar for an amature hair cut and colour. Also like to mention how rude the lady on the service desk is, maybe you should smile at your customers and appreciate them spending so much money !!!!

These guys are professionals but be prepared to pay for it!! All the products used are Aveda which is what drew me to the place when I moved to the suburb. I have now had cuts & colours with a few different people in the salon in the last couple of years & can recommend all.

I went here for the first time with a friend, on a recommendation from another friend. The salon was nice, and I enjoyed the massage. However, I hadn't had a haircut in a while and was trying to grow it out, and the stylist I had made comments that seemed (to me) a bit rude, about how I really needed a haircut and how the cut I'd had before was really strange (I'd really liked it). She didn't really listen to what I wanted and the end result was a bit of a "nothing" cut, and although it was OK, I wasn't really happy with it. At the end of it all, I got charged about $75 WITH student discount (and my friend, who got a fantastic cut and had a lovely stylist, paid $40!) Something to do with having a senior stylist apparently. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it. You might end up happy like my friend, or like me, disappointed and ripped off.

On arrival the staff are quite friendly, offer you some herbal tea (which isn't my style but hey I tried it) and magazine to read while they get prepared.
However I'm more of a fuss-free kind of person so all the extras of herbal tea, oil scalp massage, an additional massage during and after shampooing (even though I'd JUST washed my hair before turning up) weren't really for me. I prefer to just get in, get a great cut and get out again.

My local hair dresser is great value and the friendly staff always make you feel welcome at home. The wonderful head massages always go down well and the staff are constantly topping up your tasty aveda herbal tea while you get your hair done! it does get a bit pricey when it comes to more full on colouring etc
