Hi everyone, I would honestly admit that it would be really really hard to find an exceptional person like Chris and their team .We are a new couple , signed our contract for our first dream home and approached Zou build pty Ltd for building and pest inspection.
Chris has done his best and his report was in so much detail that no other building inspector would have done it so honestly. His report gave us a strong indication that we should definitely pull out of the contract as the building has several major issues and one of it being the termite damage until roof. Chris has saved us thousands of dollars.
Every first home buyer buys their first home with so much love and emotions and loads of money saved by making many sacrifices . A simple and honest building and pest inspection could help people like us with no prior knowledge of termites, wood decay etc etc to save a fortune.

Also please remember guys at times money is not everything, it’s the quality of work and reliability that matters .
Chris from Zou Build completely renovated my bathroom from top to bottom. From removing and installing the new basin, shower and toilet as well as new pipes for hot water. So far everything is working perfectly and I have faith that this will continue. In addition to this the tiling of the walls and floors has been completed beautifully, it was clear to me that the guys from Zou Build take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them.
