Robert was extremely thorough and helped me when I had a virus in my outlook email. He was very patient and I really appreciate the knowledge that he has regarding all things IT. He is a very genuine guy and I can't thank him enough for helping me. He even came and sorted my stuff out in person as he was just around the corner at the time of my call.

I’d been putting up with an issue on my Apple laptop for years. Hamid fixed it in under 10 minutes amazing! Robert helped me remove my old website from search engines and even taught me what was happening behind the scenes. He also guided me through my new landing page setup with my new business name and domain.

Robert From Zoo Computer repairs was great. He has solved our complex problem with MYOB that we have had for years, and we finally decided to use a remote computer tech. His service was excellent, and we would highly recommend him.

Robert I believe your service is excellence and you have been there in time of stress and i think that's very important when it comes to people of my age who don't have much knowledge when it comes to computers.

Called Robert after we got scammed and they installed software to remotely access the computer later. Robert completed the work on a weekend as well at no extra charge. Absolutely astounded at his expertise, great communication skills, and reassuring the actual client is comfortable at all times. Robert also got the machine's startup time to 1/4 of what it was originally because of all the crap that was on the machine.

Robert has been very helpful, I didn't have problems with robert but I got a message saying I had a virus. Robert cleaned up and sped up my machine by 400 seconds and i ntoiced the difference. He did it remotely.

overwhelmed with knowledge and attitude. called Robert because we were having issues with telstra bigpond, and he moved us over to gmail but did it in a way that we don't have to go and tell everybody our new email address as we will still get our old emails, but then everyone's address will be updated with our new one. Trusted him with the remote support as well. Very patient.

very polite and knowledgeable, no problems at all, solved my problems with my microsoft word issue, apparently the store had set it up under another email address, while we were not able to recover it, Robert assisted me in buying office as well as configuring it on my new computer. He also set up a better email program than having to go to outlook website each time thus avoiding the ads.

Fantastic service - I called Robert on a saturday as i was unable to access my bigpond emails which was causing me stress. He knows his stuff, Telstra, couldn't help after 1.5 hours, yet Robert did it in 30 minutes. Will recommend to anyone i know.

I was hacked on Monday 3 March 2025 and when I realised what had happened, I immediately searched for local assistance and found Robert from ZooRepairs. With the help of his AI assistant, I was in contact with Robert and he immediately set to work identifying the problems I faced. By 2.00pm on 4 March 2025, Robert had found the issue, repaired it, offered very professional advice on computer safety precautions and I am now confidently back on the computer. I've previously used a whole lot of Geek Companies in the past. The problem is, their knowledge is usually very limited and they seem to rush through the job as because they don't own the business, there is really no incentive for them to go above and beyond.
