Excellent! We were scammed and Robert cleaned up our PC, laptop and phone of malware also sent through a full report on our devices. Robert explained every step of the process in a way I could understand (I’m not a techo) and it made sense to me. He also took the trouble to ring my kids (twins 32 yo) and gave them an explanation and answered their questions – which is going above and beyond the call of duty. Can’t recommend this business highly enough.

*FIVE STARS* *FIVE STARS * Robert dropped every thing and immediately commenced the vrus removal by a remote connection from his base in Queensland to my location in Adelaide. He discovered the likely connections used by the hackers and removed them from my Laptop and also completed a full scan of the laptop on the day. He gave excellent helpful hints to avoid such problems in the future and explained what he was doing while I watched him at work. I inadvertently clicked on the one starbutton but it was definitly a *FIVE STAR* effort by Robert.

I was unable to log into password protected websites. When I contacted Zoo Computer Repairs, Robert explained really clearly what he thought would need to be done, how long it would take and what the cost would be. I agreed to Robert remotely accessing my PC and he started the clean up straight away. I had access within 12 hours and Robert continued to work on cleaning up the PC and addressed other refusals as they came up.

Robert I believe your service is excellence and you have been there in time of stress and i think that's very important when it comes to people of my age who don't have much knowledge when it comes to computers.
Called Robert after we got scammed and they installed software to remotely access the computer later. Robert completed the work on a weekend as well at no extra charge. Absolutely astounded at his expertise, great communication skills, and reassuring the actual client is comfortable at all times. Robert also got the machine's startup time to 1/4 of what it was originally because of all the crap that was on the machine.
Robert has been very helpful, I didn't have problems with robert but I got a message saying I had a virus. Robert cleaned up and sped up my machine by 400 seconds and i ntoiced the difference. He did it remotely.
overwhelmed with knowledge and attitude. called Robert because we were having issues with telstra bigpond, and he moved us over to gmail but did it in a way that we don't have to go and tell everybody our new email address as we will still get our old emails, but then everyone's address will be updated with our new one. very polite and knowledgeable, no problems at all, solved my problems with my microsoft word issue, apparently the store had set it up under another email address, while we were not able to recover it, Robert assisted me in buying office as well as configuring it on my new computer. He also set up a better email program than having to go to outlook website each time thus avoiding the ads.

We provide a 12-month warranty on all hardware repairs, unless otherwise specified prior to the job.
For software-related services, warranties are more limited due to factors outside our control. Issues caused by third-party updates, such as Windows or software updates, are not covered, as these changes can alter system behaviour after the work has been completed.
