At the moment I don't,I bought a pair of black sandals from Zomp only worn 3 times cannot wear again as my feet were black with dye,took nearly a week to scrub off ,I went back to local store manager wouldn't even come out to speak with me very disappointed a waste of money,
I feel a refund should have happened ,or a new pair of sandals

This is the head office for the Paddington store. they have the most beautiful shoes and normally a staff of up to 8 at a time. Really fab.
Bought a pair of $400 beautiful leather knee high flat boots. Wore them twice and the leather loops at top of one boot flopped down so much it kept catching on my other leg and then both boots just looked ridiculous as i couldn't walk without them both catching flopping and falling down my leg. Unwearable. Massive design flaw and the store manager was cold rude and dismissive from the get go. As if i was a street beggar not a regular customer with a penchant for a new pair of $400 shoes every season! Have never gone back. A**holes.
