Darren is always polite, friendly and ready to answer all your queries. His work is quick yet thorough and there is no nasty chemical smells in the house afterwards. Darren was on time and the service was finished without any issues. The treatment did not leave any kind of stains on the carpet or furniture; also no unpleasent smells. Darren was also very resposive to my emails.

Highly recommend this company. We had rodent activity in ceiling. Darren is very thorough, he came out yesterday, explained what he was going to do, examined and took photos of roof cavity, laid baits and investigated roof structure and any openings. Darren fully explained plan as to coming back to block these entry points. Invoice for work done and full quotes emailed today, very prompt and professional. Darren is one of those genuine tradespeople, easy to talk to, explains all work, answered my many questions and very knowledgeable about building structures.
