Zero Alpha

We dropped off two units (server and backup) as we had lost all our family photos storage. Zero Alpha not only did not find the photos on the backup, but wiped the hard drive of the server – telling us there were no photos to be found. The photos were all on the backup and we retrieved them with a downloaded piece of software. They refused to discuss this other than “bring it back in” and made no effort to reply to our queries. We believe we lost the QCAT hearing on a technicality caused by the way they billed. Approach this business with extreme caution.
